A total strip out, including re-wiring and plumbing, with the aim of refurbishing the house without touching the outside (as it was listed). We also furnished the entire apartment including every detail from the taps to the hi-fi. Total project encompassed one large lounge, one kitchen, three bedrooms, three en-suites, one studio penthouse and two roof gardens.
